Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all supplied components and packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Return Authorisation
Please contact CMC Interiors before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Colour Variations
Product colour, finish and minor cosmetic appearance may vary from photographs and between production batches.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Return Policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
CMC Interiors reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund, repair or replacement.
Products returned in a condition that differs materially from their original supplied condition may be subject to a reduction in refund value or refusal of the return where permitted by law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, CMC Interiors may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product;
- Repair the product where appropriate; or
- Issue a full refund.
Photographs may be requested to assist with the assessment of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged through misuse, abuse or improper handling;
- Products modified after purchase;
- Products showing normal wear and tear;
- Custom-made or personalised products unless faulty.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or an error made by CMC Interiors.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, VAT, import duties or brokerage fees associated with returned items.
